- What is OrderWithMe?
- Each day, Groupon features an unbeatable deal on the best stuff to do, see, eat, and buy in your city. By promising businesses a minimum number of customers, we get discounts you won't find anywhere else. We call it "collective buying power!"
- How do I get others to order with me?
- Just click "BUY". Once you place the first order the deal will be broadcast to other business who are "following" orders for that category of product. If the minimum number of that item is ordered in time, we'll charge your card and send you a notification telling you the order was placed. If not enough people order, no one gets it (and you won't be charged).
- What happens if the Order doesn't reach the required minimum quantity?
- If not enough of the product is ordered, then the deal is canceled, and you won't be charged. However, if you really want the product than contact us and we will negotiate with the manufacture to give you a small quantity though it will be at a higher price.
- Is OrderWithMe safe?
- In more ways than one. Your credit card number is transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault. At no time is your credit card information stored on our servers. If you're worried about wire transfers or who you are paying, you're payment is processed by our American corporation in Texas and your payment is to our account and Bank of America. If there is any dispute we will address the issues right away. As for inventory, our quality assurance team inspects the products and manufactures to make sure there are no harmful chemicals being used during production, including lead or cadmium.
- When will my order arrive?
- Because the order is placed directly to factories in China the time of delivery will vary. Typically your product will ship within 3 – 5 days of you order.
- Do I have to use a credit card?
- Nope. If you are placing a large order or prefer to pay another way please contact us. We can process your order for you and you can pay through a variety of ways including bank wire transfer.
- Can I return something?
- Read our return policy.

- Can only American Small Businesses order?
- Nope! All for one and one for all. OrderWithMe is open to anyone around the world. The more the better.

- OrderWithMe is headquartered in Hangzhou, China. But we are an American based corporation with employees in Dallas, Texas.
